RuutiBudjetti starts with information gathering every spring. All youth services units implement the information gathering in a way that is suitable for the area’s young people. During the information gathering, young people’s hopes, concerns and ideas will be charted in different ways. This stage also involves general thematic questions that change each year.

In the workshops held between May and September, young people will go through the materials compiled during the information gathering in their area.
