Lisää niittyjä ja, jos mahdollista, huomioiden ekologiset käytävät niityin nykyisten välille. Alueen uusista niityistä asukaskysely ja tilaisuus niittypaikoista. Ehdotusten perusteella niitytetään siihen soveltuvia vähäkäyttöisiä nurmikoita, ensisijaisesti muuttamalla hoitotapaa, jos alueella kasvaa jo niittylajeja. Niittylajeihin tutustuminen ja kansalaistiede: niittykävelyt, niittotalkoot. Niityttämistalkoot jos niitty perustetaan alusta asti. Infokyltit niityille.
